Vinyl or acrylic — which is better for Arizona?
Vinyl is waterproof, wipes clean, and handles dust storms well. Woven acrylic breathes, so the air under it runs noticeably cooler and it resists UV fading longer. Most Valley full-timers who sit for the season prefer acrylic; weekend travelers usually prefer vinyl.
Do you have to remove the awning from the RV?
No. We de-tension the springs, slide the old fabric out of the rail and roller in place, and feed the new fabric through the same channels with the assembly still mounted.
How long does fabric replacement take?
Roughly one to two hours once the fabric is in hand. If your size or color has to be ordered, we measure on the first visit and install as soon as it arrives.
Can you match my coach's original color?
In most cases yes. We match to the OEM color family or you can pick a new one — a lot of customers switch to a darker fabric to cut glare and heat.
