Can you add a wind sensor to my existing power awning?
On most 12-volt power awnings, yes. A wind sensor retracts the awning automatically when it detects sustained gusts — worth every penny during monsoon season in the Valley.
My awning rail is pulling loose. Is that serious?
It is. The rail is screwed into the sidewall and sealed; once it loosens, water tracks into the wall structure. We re-fasten, re-seal, and check for existing moisture damage.
Do you use OEM hardware?
We use factory-grade kits matched to your brand and rail profile. Where an OEM part has a known weak point, we will tell you and offer the better current-production option.
