New RV Awning Installation and Full Replacement

When repair no longer makes sense — or you are adding an awning that was never there — we install complete units at your site and seal every penetration properly.

What This Service Covers

Full replacement is the right call when the arms are bent, the castings are cracked, or the rig came out of a highway failure with hardware scattered down the interstate. It is also the right call when you are upgrading: manual to 12-volt power, a short factory awning to a longer canopy, or adding window and over-the-door awnings that the original build never included.

Installation is where craftsmanship shows. We verify rail length and stud/backer locations, mount to structure rather than to skin alone, torque fasteners properly, and seal every penetration with the correct sealant for your roof and sidewall material. Then we set spring tension, program limits on powered units, and cycle the awning repeatedly before we hand it back.

Included In Every Visit

  • Complete unit supply and installation
  • Rail, bracket and backer verification
  • Correct sealant on every penetration
  • Spring tension, limit programming and cycle testing

Our Mobile On-Site Process

Step 01

Call or text a few details

Tell us the year, make and model of your rig, the awning brand if you know it, and what it is doing. A photo of the roller tube end cap or the arm helps us show up with the right parts the first time.

Step 02

We schedule around where your rig sits

Driveway, RV park, campground, storage lot or job site — we come to you anywhere in the Valley. No tow, no dropping your coach at a shop for three weeks.

Step 03

On-site assessment and honest quote

Our tech inspects fabric, arms, springs, hardware, motor and wiring, then walks you through what is failing, what can wait, and exactly what it costs before any work starts.

Step 04

Repair or replacement completed on the spot

Most jobs are finished in a single mobile visit. Special-order fabric or a hard-to-source motor gets ordered the same day and installed as soon as it lands.

Step 05

Test, document and clean up

We cycle the awning fully, verify travel-lock and wind-sensor function, photograph the finished work for your records or insurance claim, and leave the site cleaner than we found it.

RV Awning Installation FAQs

Can you install an awning where there was never one?

Often yes, provided the sidewall has usable structure and clearance. We inspect first and tell you honestly if the wall will not support it.

How long does a full install take?

Plan on half a day for a patio awning replacement. Multi-unit installs or manual-to-power conversions can run longer.

Do you install customer-supplied awnings?

Sometimes, but we will inspect the unit before agreeing and we cannot warranty parts we did not supply.
