Mobile RV Awning Repair Across the Arizona Valley

Torn fabric? an arm that will not lock? a motor that hums but never moves ?? We diagnose and repair every part of your RV awning on-site, usually in a single visit.

What This Service Covers

An RV awning is a spring-loaded, sun-baked assembly that lives outside 365 days a year in one of the harshest UV climates in the country. In Arizona, fabric that would last eight years in Oregon can chalk, split and shred in three. Arctic RV Awnings is a veteran-owned mobile repair company built specifically for that reality: we carry Valley-appropriate parts, we work in driveways and campgrounds, and we do not make you surrender your coach to a dealership service lane for a month.

Repair work starts with a real diagnosis. Plenty of awnings condemned as 'motor failure' are actually a corroded ground, a seized idler, or a spring that lost tension and is binding the roller. We open it up, test it, and tell you which parts genuinely need replacing — then quote both the repair and the replacement so you can choose with full information.

Included In Every Visit

  • Full inspection of fabric, arms, springs, hardware, wiring and mounts
  • Written on-site quote before any work begins
  • Repair-vs-replace recommendation with real costs for both
  • Photo documentation for insurance or resale records

Our Mobile On-Site Process

Step 01

Call or text a few details

Tell us the year, make and model of your rig, the awning brand if you know it, and what it is doing. A photo of the roller tube end cap or the arm helps us show up with the right parts the first time.

Step 02

We schedule around where your rig sits

Driveway, RV park, campground, storage lot or job site — we come to you anywhere in the Valley. No tow, no dropping your coach at a shop for three weeks.

Step 03

On-site assessment and honest quote

Our tech inspects fabric, arms, springs, hardware, motor and wiring, then walks you through what is failing, what can wait, and exactly what it costs before any work starts.

Step 04

Repair or replacement completed on the spot

Most jobs are finished in a single mobile visit. Special-order fabric or a hard-to-source motor gets ordered the same day and installed as soon as it lands.

Step 05

Test, document and clean up

We cycle the awning fully, verify travel-lock and wind-sensor function, photograph the finished work for your records or insurance claim, and leave the site cleaner than we found it.

RV Awning Repair FAQs

Can you repair my awning at an RV park or storage lot?

Yes. Every job we do is mobile. We work in driveways, RV parks, campgrounds, storage yards and job sites throughout the Phoenix metro. You do not need to move the rig or be present the whole time as long as we have access to the awning side.

How long does a typical awning repair take?

Most fabric, arm, spring and hardware repairs are finished in one to three hours on-site. Motor and control-board work can take longer if diagnostics point to wiring in the sidewall.

Is it worth repairing an old awning or should I replace it?

If the hardware is straight and the fabric is the only failure, replacing the fabric on a good frame is usually the better value. If the arms are bent, the castings are cracked, or the unit has been through a highway failure, a complete replacement costs less than chasing parts.

Do you handle insurance claims?

We do. We photograph the damage, itemize the estimate the way adjusters expect it, and document the finished repair so your claim moves without extra back-and-forth.
